I am building a complete product using Apps (SP online) (Atleast 40+apps) and facing few issues:
a. We have 2 products. One is X and Y. There are few workflows which are common in product. So my problem is how to share the information OR have a common workflow for both the products so that it can be reused.
For ex: Leave Management System, I want this workflow to be available in both the products as a common and share the same data.
Is it possible?
b. Consider, I have 20 Apps on a page. Now when I run the page , it is very slow because it loads all the jquery and dependent files separately (ex: same jquery file is loaded in all 20 Apps in the page which makes page to run slow). How to tackle this solution? As of now, I created one Iframe and loaded everything there.
What is the recommended architecture if I want to build a collection of Share point apps in a product? Any case study I can refer to?
