Approved apps are not visible in the SharePoint App Store most of time

Hi,

My app was approved on November 11. But it still doesn't appear in the app store correctly. Sometime it appears, but then disappears for long time.

I know that apps appear in the store with delay, but the app was approved 6 days ago and it also affects other our app, which was approved even earlier on November 7 (more than one week ago).

We already published 3 apps in the store and know that this is not normal behavior. We didn't have such issues with these apps.

We already contacted your support about the second app, but there is no changes and fixes. They just said us to wait some time while it is propagating to other servers, but it is already more than one week from the moment of approvement of the second app.

Thus, the issue was reproduced for two apps.
