When im clicking on the app its redirects to the "Page Cannot be displayed" page. Please advise me to overcome this error.

I have a problem with adding apps to my SharePoint site pages. I have done all the other required steps which needs to be done and i can able to add an app from the Microsoft store to my local SharePoint app catalog site("http://xxx:1774/Sites/Apps"). From app catalog, i can able to add(deploy) the apps to Site Contents area of my SharePoint site. When im trying to add an app to any site pages its adding, but there is no "X" marks to add the properties. I'm only can see "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Same error page is coming when i clicked on the apps from the site contents page.

Please advise me, how to overcome this problem.
