My customer wants to install our paid app in a new site in a separate site collection in Office 365. Can someone tell me the steps I need to have them follow to uninstall the app from the current site and then reinstall in a new site collection in Office 365? Do they need to use their LiveID to do this? Do they have to purchase again if they have multiple licenses - 7 users?
