How can i create a SharePoint 2013 + MVC4 App with SharePoint 2013 List as Model with Scaffolding feature.

Hi All,

I have need to create a SharePoint App which carries a MVC 4 Application + SharePoint List as entities with Scaffolding.

Please advise me how to achieve this and help me out with relevant reference or code.
