Workflow in SharePoint 2013 Apps

Hi,

im working on a proof of concept to migrate InfoPath forms into HTML / ASPX forms.

but with this migration i also need to kick-off some Workflows.

i followed the article below from start to finish but i cannot seem to get the workflow working. no workflows show up in the list workflow settings etc.
