Error in deployment of Sharepoint hosted App Development in Sharepoint 2013

Hello All,

I am getting bellow error when i am trying to deploy the App using VS 2013 in SharePoint 2013 .There is no build error.Error

Error1 Error occurred in deployment step 'Uninstall app for SharePoint': Could not load type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPAppInstanceErrorDetails' from assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c'.

Major software versions are given below 

Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate 4

version 12.0.31101.00 Update 4

Sharepoint Build version 15.0.4128.1014

Office developer tool downloaded from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/aa905340

Sharepoint 2013 Client Components repaired with the latest from MSDN site.

Please help me to resolve this issue .
