When using the site internally on the SP server, we can access and use the custom apps.
When logging into the site via the web, the apps are not reachable.
The apps have been activated in the app catalog and endpoint-facing has been enabled.
The app domain has been added to the DNS server that the SP server belongs to.
The DNS forward lookup is mapped to the SP server address.
How can we make the apps accessible for remote/web users?
