Issue with creating list using .STP

I have Dev. Environment. In that we are using enterprise content types for all lists and libraries. All content type that we used for list are from content type hub.

Now we need to move those lists to another environment, in this environment also we have same content type hub with same content type hub.

So as of now we are using list temples for moving these lists from one environment to another, but we are facing issue with newly created lists with stps, those list (which we created using STPS) are not associate with content type, those are creating some orphan content types.
