Get Client context of Office 356 site

Hi,

I want to create one app which can access data of Office 365 site. I want to use App part property to specify site URL. If I give URL of site on which app is deployed, I am able to access the site data. But when I give any site URL, it gives me error. Can anyone help me with this.
