Developing Provider hosted app and give access to anonymous user access to the app

Hello All,

I have a requirement where I need to develop provider hosted app that will manage the contents on SharePoint Private site collection where app is deployed and give access to anonymous user ability to view the contents.

Just what to know the is it possible via Provider hosted App.
