Is there any portal template for IT internal audit?

We'd like to build an IT internal audit portal on SharePoint. In this portal, the following are necessary.

1. audit item can be created/edited/published
2. items should have description, standard, audit method, documents, etc.
3. action plans can be linked to the items
4. audit questions
5. findings
6. audit report can be automatically generated
7. audit schedule
8. audit process
