Passing Parameters from sharepoint to Provider hosted App during launch

Hi,

We have created a provider hosted app.We need to pass parameters from the app deployed in SharePoint to Provider Hosted app web deployed in Web Server.

Whether it is possible to achive this using AppManifest.Xml File.

Can we use mutiple Query string parmameters in the App Manifest.Xml file.

Please let me know your thoughts.
