SharePoint App With Webpart

Hi,
I want to create a SP application with JSCOM ,For that i have to intiziliase the default.apx page with SharePoint web part which is a PageViewerWebpart and it refer to Php site "index.php page" this page is accessible via the browser (without any type of security ) with OOB Webpart i have a scroll ( i want to remove it )

Please how can i achieve this ? i google it a lot no answer :/
