Need to create lists in hosted site collection web when the app is deployed.

I am creating a new share point hosted app in share point 2013. In the App, I have added lists through visual studio. I need to add lists in the hosted site collection web, as soon as the app is deployed. But currently, the lists are created in the app web. How can i achieve this.
