Server Error in '/' Application the resource cannot be found

Hi I had created Light-Switch Application using Visual Studio 2013 installed on local machine. And 

Published the Light-Switch App as Provider-Hostedusing local IIS to Office 365 SharePoint. 

I am not suppose to see my light-Switch App working,

getting the error message as shown in the image

Any help will be appreciated
