SharePoint App Custom action hiding based on the item selected in custom list

Hi,

i have created a sharepoint hosted app which has a custom list. And created a customAction for listMenu items. The custom action is visible for each list item(as menu item). But, the custom action has to be shown for some of the list items only.

How can we achieve this functionlity. Please help me.
