Problem in App part Survey

Hi,

In my SharePoint 2013 website I have added a "Survey App" to vote for on a topic. If I am giving the users only read permission then the other users are not able to vote for the survey. And, if I am giving both read and write permissions to the users then the votes become editable i.e one user is able to modify the vote of another user.

But I want to use a survey in which a user can only vote but not able to edit other users votes. Please suggest me some ways ASAP.
