Debugging App $1H_0, $1r_0 more meaningful names

Hi All,

I am trying to debug a SharePoint 2013 App. I have put in breakpoints on the variable I would like to view properties and methods for. When I right click the properties I get names like $1H_0, $1r_0, and $7_0 as show in the screenshot below.

Is there a way I can view a more meaningful name, or decipher what these names represent, or is there a website that lists what these names mean?
