Sharepoint master page

Hi Every Body

I have an issue in my home page in sharepoint ,i was working on my sitecollection and everything was good till i activated the publishing featuer then when i try to open the home page in internet explore 9 or 8  the home page is displayed in wrong way

but when I try opening it on in Explorer   10 ,11 ,firefox,google google chrome the home page dispalyed well

please your inputs

for you information i have disabled the publishing feature but it is still the same
