Thank you so much for your time, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!! Developing an app or advice on how to use share point file system to help in anyway possible.
My problem: We provide personality profiles based off an individuals natal birth chart. If you are not familiar with astrology these words are a little hard to understand. However to provide profiles
we have must cross reference definitions to come up with a complete description of a persons personality attributes.
First we are need an efficient way to keep a log of each definition individually. For example. A list of definitions for
each item in each category. 12 Zodiac signs, Houses 1 - 12, Planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron), 5 Aspects (Trine, Sextile, Conjunction, Square, and Opposition) 4 Elements (Fire, Earth, Air,
and Water) and 3 Qualities (Cardinal, Fixed, Mutable)
Then taking those lists to compile a database with the possibility of adding and storing clients info.
For example We would need separate lists combining categories. 1. Sign and House placement of each Planet. 2. Their House line defined by Signs. (If House 1 was in Scorpio, House 2 would be in Sagittarius, House 3 in Capricorn, ect...) 3. Their personal
Aspects. This would allow us to produce profiles and cross reference several charts with absolute efficiency.
Example: My Mercury is in Gemini (mutable air) in House 7 and it is Square to my Jupiter in Virgo
(mutable earth) in House 10.
List 1) Planets - defining first what mercury represents on its own.
List 2) Signs- defining Gemini characteristics Also explaining what List 4) Element and List 5) Quality of a Gemini
Then describing what a Mercury in Gemini represents
List 6) What house 7 stands for
What Mercury in Gemini in House 7 represents.
List 7) Aspects Defining how the planet relates to the other planets. Mercury square to Jupiter.
You can see why this can be extremely time consuming. I don't need it to necessarily populate the info automatically. We have all of the definitions to every combination. I am just looking for anyway
possible to make this process easier and whatever can't be done we can finish up ourselves. We have been doing it all but with the increase of business there is simply no way we can keep up without some sort of help.
i am going to attach some templates i have made up and an example definition workbook.
