How can I get SharePoint 2013 "Fill-In" choices to update the list of choices posible for the same field.

I am a sharepoint novice.  I want to be able to have an app auto update the choices in the choice field based on "Fill-In" responces; so that a person will only ever need to "Fill-In" the item once.
